Hello Doctor, My name pavan kumar, I am 29 years old. Last two years back I has been done hair transplantation. It was good in initial stage then after 1 year it started falling. Now it completely bald again. I met doctor they gave me finpecia 1 mg (finasteride) and Mx 500. When I am using this its good but when I stopping those medicine it starting hair fall again. Please suggest is there any side effects while using the finasteride (i heard that am loosing sperm count). Please help me with your answers and suggestions.
