I am 42. Recently I resigned from my job due to much mental pressure by boss. I am home but I can't relax. Sometimes I feel sleeplessness n sometimes I sleep for hours. I can't focus, don't like anything, very anxious pulses at extremes. N severe neck pain. I really don't know what to do?

Hi Lybrate user I can understand your situation but I suggest you that forgiveness, acceptance, g gratitude and unconditional love are the parameters in life to resolve each and every situation in life. Now reverse the term forgiveness to anger, acceptance to hatred, g gratitude to unthankful, unconditional love to conditional love. Your answer is lying in above words. But practically how to apply this in your current suffering so first I want to know evey incident has its impact and during its impact time there is hard to practice above emotional practice so I suggest you to reduce your reaction time by try to make your mind busy in other things which are favorite. And make your mind to come in reaction mood to neutral mood. For this there is a powerful meditation called nachiketa agni dhyan which can make you emotionally strong within 10-15 days, this meditation is guided and based on above said emotion for this you have to consult me I will give you the link for downloading it. Do this meditation one hour daily morning and evening. Some pranayam like anuloom vilom in slow motion for 15-30 minutes can help you to give deep relaxation and deep sleep. Avoid excess sugar and tea coffee intake. Use ashwagandha churna one gram twice a day. Tab medha vati one tab twice a day. Tab sarpgandha vati 2-4 vati at night for sleep.
