I have go through this test few days ago the value of psv and edv are same. Is there any sign of arterial insufficiency? I have no diabetes, no cholesterol, non smoker. I want to know that why the flow is too less?

Hello- Normal PSV range is, 48–108 cm/s. Yes you tests are significant and denotes arterial insufficiency. This is the main reason behind your ED. Reduced arterial flow is mainly due to narrowing of arterial lumen due to deposition of plaques in its inner linings. However it can be recovered with the help of medications.
