I am 16 year old my weight is 66 and height is 5.4 is it normal for this age. If not, what is the balanced diet should I take and what type workout should I prefer.

Hi, according to your hight your weight is high. Your ideal body weight is around 58 to 60 kg. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take 1 glass lukewarm water in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast. Take small meals in frequent intervals.
