Hi Diabetics can enjoy on a variety of fruits. Most beneficial ones are: Apple, Guava, Oranges, papaya, Sweet lime, pomegranate, all kinds of berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry), avocado. However these fruits need to be had in moderation else the blood sugars increase as they too have sugars in them in the form of fructose. If you can maintain your diabetes under good control, I would suggest you to enjoy the below mentioned fruits as well but in lesser quantities and frequency: mango, watermelon, pineapple, banana. Do remember that fruits should be had as a snack, not with major meals and not before going to bed.
