Hello! I am preparing for sub inspector examination where I have to run much from last few days I am having much pain at my lower knee can I use pain killer acenofinac does it effects much? Hi lybrate-user, Best wishes for your examination. Most probably, you are suffering from PFPS or IT band syndrome so for that you should visit Physiotherapy clinic. Physiotherapist will teach you some stretching exercises and strength training for weak muscle. You can get the same from private consultation with me. Don't quit the game. Physiotherapist will manage your condition and You can practice in a better way. Best wishes.
