Hi doctor I am a 44 years married man. Sometimes when me and my wife have desire for sex, there is no erection in my penis. My wife gets anger on me. But late night penis gets erect. I have sex and make my wife satisfied. But due to no erection when she has desire, I have to feel guilt. Why it happens with me. Please reply.
