Hi when you exert the heart has to pump more blood out of it to maintain proper supply of blood, the blood pumped out is called ejection fraction of heart if hypotension is related to exertion ,something could be wrong with the pumping of the heart, I would advice you to go for a 2d echo cardiogram to find out cardiac function. If its normal then drink plenty of water take a high salt diet and do proper exercise daily.
