I am very thin or skinny. I have a good appetite but I never gain weights. Can you please suggest me?

Welcome to Lybrate, you should eat whole cereals, dal, green vegetables, root vegetables specially, whole milk, fruits, ghee ,butter, peanut butter, etc. Go for regular exercise, yoga, swimmimg, etc. Be relaxed all time.
