I am suffering form a very slow regular chest pain for 1 month, what to do? I have no fewer or other symptoms.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your chest pain could be due to acidity - follow some dietary precautions, - avoid spicy, fried, junk foods, tea/ coffee more than 1-2 cups/day, also avoid alcohol, smoking if you do - have more of fruits & vegetables, fresh homemade food - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - take syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an hour after food, three times a day - chew food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have dinner 2-3 hers before bedtime.
