Dear Lybrate user. Thyroid disorders r many of d times stress related. So I ll advice you to stay calm, try to avoid all d mentally and emotionally aggravating stimulus. Indulge in your hobbies. Meditation will help you out. Homoeopathic medicine-Thyroidinum 30, 4 pills once a day will b a good choice. Report me after 1 month.
