Hi I am suffering from weight gain problem. Used various methods to loose weight but no weight loss is there. I am gaining weight day by day. Please help me to solve this problem.

Dear Lybrate user, You need to find out few levels of hormones like thyroid. If you have already checked which are in normal levels. You need to work on hour diet .eat every two hours to increase your metabolic rate. You need to workout. Remember discipline plays a very important role in loosing weight. Managing stress is equally important you can learn some techniques or simple breathing in and out with awareness will play a vital role.
