Hi lybrate-user. I can understand your problem but as you are a educated working woman so you have to be strong enough. You should try not to mingle both office and home problem. Please make some good friends and try to spend some time with them or you can start some workout like aerobics, cycling or pilates. Workout will keep your mind fresh with proper blood circulation and proper sleeping habits. You can share it with your husband and go for outing with him. I hope you will take care of yourself.
