Right balance of foods work for muscle gain. Nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, etc; Milk and curd, paneer, all dals such as lentils, chickpeas, beans and brown rice.

Take all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc these are protein rich foods. Avoid all junk and fast food.
