I am 28 years old male and my height is 5'11" and weight 69 kg. Mesomorphic baby type, I have developed little fat in my Tummy .sir can you give me a balance diet chart. Which I can follow in my daily routine. Thank you.

Dear lybrate-user, Your height and weight ratio is ok. Your problem is central obesity or fat around your tummy. I would suggest you to do exercises like cardio and Abs regularly. Add more leafy vegetables in the diet, daily eat one seasonal fruit morning and evening. Cut down tea/ coffee/ cold drinks and other beverages. Thanks for your query.
