Sir, I would suggest you to go to a physical therapist with your blood reports ,x-ray/MRI if you got these. Physiotherapists can for sure treat frozen shoulder. I don't think that frozen shoulder needs to treated via surgery, rest it depends on case too for which we need to do evaluation. Frozen shoulder has a cycle of over 18 months and with time it corrects itself but with some loss of range of motion. It is a disease with stages. With physiotherapy you get quick result and your shoulder joint range of motion is preserved too.
