My mother is suffering from gout in her knees. When she is sitting down after she stands she can't walk for 2-3 minutes and after that it will be normal slowly slowly. Is there any ayurveda or homeopathy solution to get out of this or for some relief. She was suffering from last 4 years.

Dear lybrate user.... for a diagnosed case of gout, patient needs some dietary corrections like she has to avoid poultry products, fish. She has to take low protein diet. Methi, spinach, chickpeas, soybean should b avoided. A homoeopathic medicine, Uric acid 200 has good results (4pills thrice daily). But d disease is of chronic nature so u should consult.
