Today I felt a small hard gland in neck which is deep inside tissues it cause pain oly when it is pressed. What could be the cause I just feel panicked.

Dear lybrate-user This mostly will be inflamed tonsils due to ongoing infection. Do gargling with hot water and a pinch of turmeric. If it does not ease out, visit your GP regards.
