Hello Masturbation is not a bad thing if you do this twice in a month. Try to divert your mind and don't live alone. Take banana with milk and some ayurvedic medicine like Ashwagandha power with milk. Do yoga and meditation for better results.

Hello, Masterbation doesn't lead to weight gain or loss. It's about self control. Include lots of milk and its products, beans, yogurts, shakes, smoothies, eggs, lean chicken and fish in the diet. Sugarcane, juices, dates milkshakes, figs and almond milk can also be useful. Do strength training atleast 3 times a week.
