I saw an article stating GHEE is very good for Brain, Strengthen your Immunity, Promote weight loss, helps digestion etc. But for aged people like me about 65 years of age with mild heart disease, is it advisable to take Ghee with food Does it not increase cholesterol level and fat in body, since I may not be able to digest it at this age. Please clarify whether is it advisable to GHEE after 60 years of age.

Such articles are very generic in nature. Any item being good/not good depends on the condition of the person. Banana is good for health but not good for diabetics. Similarly Ghee may be good for a normal person but in your case it may not be good. The other issue is - people tend to overhype the benefits of some food products which may not be entirely true. Purely from science point of view. Ghee contains Saturated Fatty Acids (SFA). And SFAs are not recommended for persons with heart issues. Hence its better to avoid.
