I usually have constipation from year ago it gets cured automatically for some time and I get this problem again. It irritates me too much. I can't complete my diet too because of this. I haven't consulted a doctor yet. Pls help.

Constipation occur mainly because of the food habits. If u take too much of junk food and if u drink inadequate water u r metabolism will have all these issues. So he need to change u r food habits first and try this. Then also if u have the same problem then concentrate a homeopathetic doctor.
