I have ulcers in my mouth, I dont smoke or chew tobacco neither I take any kind of drugs then what is the reason for this, it comes again & again after few days, suggest me some tips?

Hi , kindly let us know your age. Are the ulcers recurring on same sites? mouth ulcers may be due to several reasons like vitamin deficiency, stress, hormonal imbalance etc. Apply a topical anesthetic gel like dologel ct on the ulcers, 3 to 5 times a day. Take multi vitamin tabets like becosules, once daily for 15 days. Most of the aphthous ulcers will be okay with this regimen. Take care.

Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. You may consult me in person too. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
