Dear sir I am suffering for very chronic constipation amd that too may be I am gaining more and more weight Can you suggest me some food, exercise or the method to get rid of my tummy weight and thia constipation.

You should eat fibrous food and vegetables. Drink half glass of water before eating and don't drink water after Eaton immediately but after one you drink water two or three glass. Eat one apple one hour before the lunch. Eat one medium size of guava with lunch.two hour after lunch eat a medium size of pomegranate daily. Don't sleep immediate after any meal. Do exercise daily .jogging is must.

namaste , high fibre diet, a combination of isometric and aerobic exercises should do the trick. however if you want to figure out a motivation, you should try books or youtube videos!
