I'm a 19 year old female. I get up at 5 am and take my breakfast at 6: 30 am. At 2 pm, I have my lunch and I take my dinner at 8: 30 pm and go to bed by 11 pm. I don't eat anything in between meals. I have following this schedule for past many years now. But I am not in a habit to drink milk but now I have calcium and vitamin D deficiency so I have been suggested to drink lots of milk. I wanted to ask you at what time should I drink milk?

Dear lybrateuser, - There is no fixed time to drink milk, you can have a bowl at breakfast with oats or cereals with fresh fruits & a glass before bedtime as it helps induce a sound sleep - you can also have milk products like yogurt, cheese, paneer, butter milk which also provide good amount of calcium .
