I am effected with joint pains. If I walk for half an hour then I feel tired weak, in the legs, heavy head and hungry. so, what food should I have to gain strength.?

Your joint pains and tiered ness could be related to many factors. Please get your vitamin d level checked. Most likely it will be very low and that could be one reason. Your diet should be a balanced one- small frequent meals is better than 2-3 large ones. Try to have good protein source foods in the whole day like pulses, milk or curd, paneer, soya bean and also some nuts.
