Want to reduce fats around stomach. It has increased in past. I am from shimla & morning walk is not possible due to cold weather.

Dear Lybrate User, please ensure regular activity, on floor exercises, on the spot jogging, on d spot mock skipping, squats, stretching, stomach crunches and follow a balanced diet by avoiding fried/oily/butter/cheeze/ all saturated fats. Out of junk. Stomach In.

Hello, Physical activity for atleast an hour everyday is very important. Stay healthy by learning the art of healthy eating. No foods which are high in sugar, salt and bakery products. Refrain alcohol completely. Focus on having more fluids, specially when you reside in the co, d weathers.
