Hello sir/ madam is soya seed is benefit for us. I have gone through net and I found that there is controversy about soy. I am going to gym and want to maintain my diet. So should I prefer soya seed for protein diet but I am afraid of its side effect what to do. Please help. Thank you.

Hello, include protein rich food in your diet like sattu with milk, sprouts, pulses ,eggs, fish,milk and milk products etc. Soyabean is little side effects for man only.

Hello, Soy and its products are very good for health, but any food item has to be taken in proportion to get effective results. Any food for that matter if taken out of prescribed quantities can be potentially dangerous. If you are vegetarian, soya and its products can be very important food to give away proteins. Please have it and ensure you stick to the quantity what your body actually needs.
