Breakfast should be heavy, lunch less, dinner very less. 1 apple, 1 egg in breakfast with 1 toast, 5 pc of nuts mix, black tea. Lunch 2 chapati, mix fruit, dal, vegetable etc. Dinner 1 cup only milk, 1 chapati dal etc, soup, changable diet as per choice.

Light food with lot of greens and lot if water. Buttermilk with breakfast, lunch; warm water with dinner Milk while going to bed.
