Hi sir this is because of over use. And sitting in bad posture try to avoid continuous sitting on laptop do hot fermentation daily 15 min shoulder exercises 15 min wall arc ,swing and up down side wise daily. My clinic is in noida come any time I am doing myotherapy it's 90?advance to physiotherapy. Will relieve you in first session.
