Hello, Kegel exercises make pelvic floor of a woman- muscles stronger. These muscles control� urine flow and help hold� pelvic organs in right place. Kejal exercise is needed when leaking urine occurs ? you laugh, cough, sneeze, jog, or lift something heavy. ?� an urge� to urinate that is so strong you can't reach the toilet in time due to pelvic floor� weakness owing� to childbirth as childbirth can stretch and weaken pelvic floor muscles causing� urine control problems. ? Its easy to continue kejal any where without anyone knowing. ?select pelvic muscles you use to stop urinating. Squeeze these muscles for 3 seconds. Then relax for 3 seconds. ?stomach and thigh muscles should not be tighten when you do this. ?.Add 1 second each week until you are able to squeeze for 10 seconds each time. ?Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times per session.
