lybrate-user please note that there is no word like sex addiction. You can come out of it. For it make strong will. If your will is strong then you will leave masturbation and make it weekly. Donot see porn. Make yourself busy in some bussiness. Never live alone. Further masturbation is not a disease. It is natural and all of us do it. But self control is required. Note there are many benefits of masturbation also.
