Hello Doctor, I am having vibration in my lower abdomen and some time in thighs simultaneously. When I do yoga, while doing poses which require to fall my head down this vibration always occur. Please advice why this is happening. I don't feel pain but get irritated when this happen.

Its due to vigorous contraction of your lower abdomen and thigh muscles. its due to the new exercise you have started. this shows that the muscles are contracting and getting toned up. if it is very recent practice of yoga, go slow and allow the muscles to relax and do them in relaxed way so that the muscles have time to get aclimatised. thats the only problem and continue to practice the yoga and over a period of time this will disappear. if you feel like you can give massage to the area for fast relief. good luck
