Hi, 1 teaspoon of coffee is considered completely safe to have. Caffeine is supposed to leech the bones of it's calcium. Hence, more than a teaspoon a day is not recommended. If you are addicted to more, make sure you increase your calcium intake too.

In my opinion as you are only 17 years ,no problem taking 2 cups a day ,morning and evening ,but you have not mentioned the the size of the cup or quantity. Next don't be too choosy, about food, this is the stage when you build up your immunity by exposure unless, food stuff is allergic or it creates any problem .Coffee is a beverage, it gives a sense of hunger satisfaction and fatigue reliever. Taken in small quantities frequently kills the appetite. So stick to 2 times ,but reduce the quantity and quality (not very strong coffee).
