Am a 30 years old lady. I have severe hair fall especially my forehead is getting wider. My hair is too weak that I can pluck it without any effort. Can I bring back my hair especially at front. What are the reasons for male pattern baldness? Shall go for hair transplant for this problem.

Hello lybrate-user. Relax n do not worry. Its a part of hair cycle. Ensure you have healthy food habits, minimum 12 glasses of water, early sleeping time n regular activity levels of the body. Please rinse your hair with mild shampoo after diluting the shampoo with water. Keep your hair oil free n dirt free for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, pls apply the mixture of Almond oil, Keratex Oil, Coconut oil and evion capsule extract on your scalp n evenly on your hair strands. Rinse regularly. Please ensure that you have ample of proteins in your meal and multi vitaminsupplements which will strengthen your hair folicles. If the problem persists even after 1 month, please visit a Dermatologist n Trichologist.
