My wife is suffering by stomach pain and I consulted a doctor He said that she were has infertility and she was can't get pregnancy. How can I know truth And which tests I have to make.

The basic important criteria to diagnose somebody and that to a female they have got many investigations but normal approach to diagnose the infertility is when a couple fails to conceive two years of normal sexual relationship then usually we start first with the seman analysis because that's the only test to rule out male infertility at once. Then we start with female investigation with USG and ovulation study. But this is a step by step process which depends on every step of investigation.
