Oral sex with multiple partners may not lead to oral cancers, but if she has oral ulcers and the men whom she blows have HIV, then there is a risk of transmission of HIV virus. Ask her to do with condoms on.

Hello- Yes oral sex performed with multiple partners is not safe as the person is more prone to have OPV (throat cancer) chances. HIV infection depends upon whether the partner is HIV infected or not, but chances of throat cancer increases. HPV virus is commonly found in genital tract of most persons which mostly remains silent but surely gets active when transferred to oral cavity of a person and can cause throat cancer.
