Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. It could also be due to cold, acidity, not drinking enough water, not eating food, fasting for long intervals, etc. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Drink lots of water. Get your cold/acidity problem treated. Visit dentist every 6 months.
