I am 26 years old male and have to study in front of computer for most part of the day. From last 6 months or so, I am struggling to get quality sleep in the night. For ex: I feel sleepy and go to bed at around 11 pm but once I get into bed I am unable to sleep for next 2-3 hours. I have to wake up by 6 or 7, so not getting sufficient sleep. Due to this am not able to be my best through out the day. Throughout the day I feel lethargic, drowsy. I don't sleep during the day but take short naps (sometimes unknowingly it happens). Unable to break this vicious cycle. Pls advice.

Dear lybrate-user, Start jogging for 45 mins daily. This will improve your blood circulation, digestion and will help the body to rejuvenate. You can do this at night also. Take a bath and then attempt to sleep. Regards.
