Hi! Sir I am going to GYM (bodybuilding) at 5: 20 pm and having lunch at 1: 30 pm in between this I stones drink green tea nothing else would this effect on my body? Or may I eat sth before GYM.

Hello, Only green tea migh give you bout of acidity and also it does not contribute to the good calories wht your body needs pre workout. PLease take a help of a qualified nutritionist and get a planned preworkout meal for yourself.
