I am ashok. 27 years old .regarding weight gain. My daily routine :I wake up at 8,9,10 am not specific .breakfast at 10 or 11 and 4 to5 pm food �t 11 pm dinner. No any bad habits.In food veg &non veg. Sleep problem. Worry,tension. Study Pressure. I go bed at 12or 1: 30.thank you.

Your eating sleeping habits all are wrong your problems will not solve untill you changes your life style avoid breakfast take food between 10 to 12 in morning and dinner within 3 hrs of sunset sleeping time 10 to 5-7 am you can drink milk in morning or lite food like upama shira etc avoid heavy food in dinner for more details consult privetly.
