But please tell me does sugar is the main culprit in getting diabetes, If not than how much sugar is enough for a person to not get diabetes. Yes sugar is one of the culprit but not the only. Many other factors r also responsible for causation of diabetes. No quantity is definite. Bitter guard is claimed to lower the sugar level but how much is not definite, some researches have claimed that bitter gourd on empty stomach in morning is the best. Caution.
