As per your height your weight seems to be fine, so why do you want to avoid carbs at night? You can go for wholesome food like brown rice, wheat roti, oats roti etc rather than totally avoiding carbs. One should have balanced diet ,meaning balancing carbs, protein,healthy fat, vitamins and mineral in each meal.
