I'm a sailor in Indian Navy and our service demands fit & healthy body. But I've always been underweight. I'm a regular smoker & a frequent drinker. I even tried protein powders & tabs to gain weight. But none of them worked on me. I don't feel like eating when it comes to meals. I don't even feel hungry most of the times. Can you suggest me on how to put on some weight.

U won't gain weight since you r smoker and a drinking habit so please try to stop it and you keep a stress free life and do jogging if you fall prey to smoking chew a bubble gum or have a juice and you will slow ly qui t your habits please sign up my package or take any appointment for more tips.
