I am at the age of 20. And one years back I had chicken pox. Thn later for few months I suffered from pimples which appear in a very big size and filled with a yellow matter. Now again I am suffering from the problem of pimples frm past August. Can you please help me with the problem? Why are they coming? And suggest me about my food habits.

Dear Lybrate user. Pimples in your age group is quiet common problem. U ve to take care of some points like 1 Avoid going to polluted areas 2 Wash your face frequently with plain tap water or with non moisturizing face wash. 3 Avoid oily, spicy food. 4 Increase intake of fluids in d diet 5 Increase intake of fibrous food to avoid constipation. 6 Take proper 7-8 hrs sleep.
