Hello, concentrate on your diet. Add omega-3 into your diet. Add fiber supplement to your diet for acidity. Benifits of omega-3 1. Your skin will get a good color, any dark marks on your face will be cured in a 2 months time. Brain functioning will improve. It will balance your fat level in your body according to omega6. Thinner your blood levels. Alot of benifits using omega-3, but unfortunately we don't get much in our diet. Let me know if I can hlep you to get the best omega-3 source. You better know about omega-3 by internet. Just search about it.
