With such a high level of tsh you still not on treatment is it? please tell me if you are taking thyroxine tablet and what is the dosage. If no treatment is being taken then you have to start on thyroxine tablets. You may begin with 50 mcg per day, to be taken early in the morning on empty stomach and nothing to taken for two hours after that. After 3 to 4 weeks check tsh levels again if still high then increase the dosage.
