Since last few weeks am suffering from suffocation, anxiety and unknown fear in night while am going to sleep. Initially I was feeling suffocation due to darkness in my bedroom then I used to open windows and doors to sleep well. But now a days am feeling unknown fear and anxiety whole night. Am unable to sleep alright or if I get sleep then suddenly wake up with fear. Also I dream darkness and feeling suffocation in real. Since last three months am jobless and I have nothing to do. All day am just watching tv, even I don't go outside. Once a day in the evening am going for evening walk for 45 min only, then again I come back home and start watching tv. I think because of this routine I am facing these problem like empty mind is devils workshop. I think I need some meditation and yoga to feel better. If medication is really not necessary in my case then please suggest me yoga, meditation with common medicine on these symptoms. If you will suggest me yoga then which yoga aasan help me.
