What I need to do to remove tanned skin to normal skin, I get tanned easily when I go to sunlight ,my hands will tan very fast. And the small hair on my hands will black soon after tanned it' will go slowly, but day by day increasing ,plz tell me to remove these kind of problems, and if I fold my shirt hands ,my face looks white and hands look black. If got to sunlight it will increase. I don't know what is this due to melanin or may be And I have hair on legs and hands more. Once I trimmed by putting no 5 point trimmer ,just to put in equal portion If you solve this problem, with in one week I will meet you and take treatment, please doc solve this problem, and by next year I'm planning to go abroad and solve this problem.
