Will a person become weak by dieting? if so can you suggest me any other way to decrease my fat. Please advise.

Hello diet doesn't mean starving so that you become weak. It is all about eating right kind of foods in right time. To reduce for fat increase physical activity. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Never skip meals. Avoid excess sugar and fizzy drink. Eat at home. Drink 10-12 glasses of water.
