Dear Lybrateuser, - To reduce your triglyceride level follow some precautions - reduce intake of saturated fats as in whole fat milk & dairy, non -veg food, trans fat as in bakery products & fried snacks, reduce intake of sugars & sugar containing products - avoid alcohol & smoking - have more of fibrous foods such as fruits & vegetables, beans, sprouts, whole grains, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts - use olive or canola or sunflower oil for cooking - do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming for 30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning.
